Lantz Copenhagen offers an online store at https://lantzcph.com/ with a selection of beauty products including skincare, make-up and light therapy for the skin. In addition, you can sign up for our free customer club to get better prices and receive newsletters. The terms are valid between the individual user and Lantz Copenhagen.
These terms and conditions of use apply to agreements between Lantz Copenhagen and a natural person (the "User") regarding our services and products. Only persons who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Denmark may enter into an agreement with Lantz Copenhagen regarding the Service.
These terms and conditions together constitute the agreement applicable between the User and Lantz Copenhagen.
In order to access the Service and the offers that we provide, the User must read and accept the terms and conditions.
The Service gives the User access to Lantz Copenhagen's products and services as determined when ordering.
In order to access the Service, the User must register a user account on the portal.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the User may only provide information regarding their own debit and credit cards.
Upon registration, the User must enter a username and password (hereinafter "Login Information"). The User's Login Information is personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.
The User must store the Login Information in a secure place so that others cannot gain unauthorised access to it. The User is responsible for all use of their user account.
If the User suspects illegal use of the User's Login Information, the User must immediately notify Lantz Cph and change their password.
Fees for use of the Service shall be paid in accordance with the price list applicable from time to time and available on the Website.
Lantz Cph reserves the right to change the fee and other terms of the Service. The change must be notified to the User no later than thirty (30) days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the User is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the day on which the change takes effect. If the User does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, it shall be considered as acceptance of the change. Changes that are clearly in favour of the User shall apply immediately without any right of termination for the User.
Lantz Cph accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort.
We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is dispatched.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment is deducted when the product is shipped. Then you will pay your monthly instalment on the last business day of the upcoming month and three months ahead.
There will be no fees and interest added to your purchase if you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will terminate automatically.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.

Lantz Cph uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means your data is safe and cannot be read by other outsiders.
Lantz Cph's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 business days.
Lantz Cph ships goods with the following: PostNord - Private, PostNord - Optional delivery point
Shipping costs DKK 39,- to a collection point and DKK 49,- for private delivery.
Free shipping on purchases over DKK 499,-.
You will be able to choose between having the parcel sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your parcel from our warehouse to your home.
Right of cancellation
Goods purchased on the website are fully refundable for 30 days, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 30-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return costs are at your own expense. You can create a return label through our returns portal, which costs 39 kr, regardless of how you request a label.

You must notify us of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after delivery and must be received by us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your wish to exercise your right of cancellation.
Requests to use the right of cancellation must be sent by email to info@lantzcph.com. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. Please note the order number in all enquiries.
Condition of the item upon return
When returning an item, it is important that the item has not been tested or used in any way. If the packaging is broken or the item has been tested, it will reduce the value of the item by 100% and we cannot resell it. This means that in case of cancellation of the purchase, you will not get any of the purchase amount back. It is up to Lantz Copenhagen to assess the condition of the item upon receipt of the return.
Please note that for regular cancellations, we do not cover the delivery costs.
Products are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty applies to all defects in software, material and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects must be notified to Lantz Cph within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Unless otherwise agreed, a maximum of two months is considered reasonable time.We will refund reasonable shipping costs in connection with complaints.
Notes: Our lighting devices - both masks and pens - is designed with Lightweight, compact batterieswhich makes them comfortable and easy to use in everyday life. It also means that the lifespan is typically 18-24 monthsdepending on usage patterns. With very frequent use, the battery capacity may gradually decrease, as it is the Small and discreet batteriesthat ensures comfort and flexibility.
We provide 1-year warranty on all machines, based on factory settings and correct usage.
The claim is cancelled in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Lantz Cph covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
